I've spent my life in the world of track and field 

 

At age seven I started following in my dad's footsteps, literally as he would take me along to his practices with the local running club.  I instantly fell in love with the long jump, or rather the pit. However, it turns out I wasn't meant to be the next Jackie Joyner.  After a quick fling with horizontal jumps I found my passion for the track as a Jr Strider and never looked back.

After a collegiate career competing for Jacksonville University, I was fortunate enough to land a contract competing professionally for Under Armour and later Tracksmith whose kit you might spy me wearing when I hop into road races.

Over the years alongside my own running I've developed a passion for working with others to pursue their goals on and off the track. I've worked with a wide range of non-traditional runners from those training for FBI Special Agent Physical Testing to those training to break 20 in a 5k for the first time as an adult
